Waxon WhatsApp Automation CRM - Terms & Conditions Summary 1. Acceptance of Terms: By using the Waxon WhatsApp Automation CRM ("the Service"), you agree to comply with these terms, as well as all applicable WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies and WhatsApp Commerce Policies. Failure to comply may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. 2. Compliance and Use: You are solely responsible for all content, messages, and campaigns initiated via the Service and must ensure they are legal, ethical, and not misleading. Opt-in is mandatory: You must only message users who have given explicit, verifiable permission (Opt-in) to receive messages from your business on WhatsApp. * The Service is for legitimate business use only. Spam, abusive, or unauthorized messaging is strictly prohibited. * You agree to use only Meta-approved message templates for outbound notifications outside the 24-hour customer service window. 3. Account and Security: * You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. * Waxon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. 4. Limitation of Liability: Waxon is a service provider and is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or penalties resulting from your use of the Service, including any actions or restrictions imposed by Meta/WhatsApp on your account. You agree to indemnify Waxon against all claims arising from your breach of these terms.
